Version 12.1.0 Update
Update 12.1.0 is now live
- Fixed issue that was causing instruction manuals to disappear
- Emails in Equipment control and training record now send when they are overdue or within the date range set in admin settings
- Emails that don't have an attached parent will now be removed daily
- Training records have been changed so users now need to choose if they are going to use the parent system or the file system. If the parent is set up without any files that review dates set up they will be accessible still but if the file system is used and review dates are set up for files within the system the parent will now be locked.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

- Updates to Training Records, when the training record file structure is configured, the parent training record will no longer trigger email notifications or act as the default deadline.
- Resolved an issue that caused emails to be sent on incorrect days.
- Equipment and training record reminder emails will now correctly send when items are overdue or when the next due date falls within the defined notice period.
