We are currently future proofing ProActive with significant changes to our web platform integrating the latest web platform technology. This change will provide huge benefits for the future although at this stage no changes are being made to your ProActive software functions. We do however envisage significant improvements in service speed.
Our work is progressing well, however due to circumstances outside our immediate control, we are currently experiencing a data migration delay. This has extended the planned maintenance period with service restoration now anticipated at the time indicated above and following further data migration and software testing.
We apologise for the extension of this temporary service suspension and any inconvenience that it may have caused.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
