The following changes have been made within this update:

• System log fix where too much information was attempting to be loaded at any one time.
• Fix an issue where root cause codes were allowed to be deleted when there were still references within the action log.
• Added the correct phone number to the 500 error page.
• Fixed an issue with action log reporting not displaying.
• Fixed an issue where users were not being automatically logged out on timeout.
• Fixed an issue where files were not being deleted when the record was being deleted in directories.
• Fixed an issue where Obsolete documents were being flagged in red on Records Index.
• Added in a new system for Email Notifications where users can set up multiple notifications per data entry.

Email alerts and email warnings have formed an integral part of ProActive introduction in 2013. We have recently completed a technical review of the email alert and email warning functions, effectively re engineering them using the latest email technologies. Benefits of the new email alert system will include email notifications monitoring through your system settings admin function and an easier to set up and cancel routine using your software. Changes will impact email alerts for action logs, Documented Information (Systems Docs). Documented Information (Records Index), Training/competence, Equipment Control, External Provider Control, Audit action logs, Measurement and Analysis and Compliance Evaluation.

Please note that the current email alert and warning settings will be cancelled out on introduction of the new settings. You may need to re set your email alerts and warnings using the new software.
